Level 1 Myofascial Foundation in Amsterdam

Join us for Level 1 – Myofascial Foundation training, your entry into the world of bodywork from a Rolfing® Structural Integration perspective.

This foundation training combines essential courses in movement, anatomy, and touch to give you both practical skills and a deeper understanding of how the body relates to gravity and space.

Level 1 unfolds in three parts, each offering a well-balanced mix of courses.

You can start right away with part 1 – Movement 1, Anatomy 1, and Touch 1 – and then decide if you’d like to continue towards a complete introduction to the Rolfing perspective.

When you finish all nine courses, you will be awarded a Certificate in Myofascial Foundation, opening the path to Level 2 of the Rolfing® Training.

The deadline to register is ruled by the course capacity. Please note that a minimum number of participants is required to confirm the start of Level 1 courses.

And there is also a maximum capacity. The earlier you register, the better your chances of securing a place.
