Start your day with free, guided movement explorations led by experienced Rolfers®. As part of Explore Rolfing® Days, each morning session is guided by a different Rolfer®, offering a distinct perspective on movement, perception and organisation in gravity.
You’ll learn about
A short movement session exploring the area of the ankle and how it influcences the organisation of everything above it. If you can find dynamic stability and freedom in this joint your whole body will thank you for it.
You will need a yoga block or similar sized object (like a large book) and some kind of belt or elastic strap would also be helpful.
