Level 1 in Valais (Wallis) - Switzerland

Join us for Level 1 – Myofascial Foundation training, your entry into the world of bodywork from a Rolfing® Structural Integration perspective. This foundation training combines essential courses in movement, anatomy, and touch to give you both practical skills and a deeper understanding of how the body relates to gravity and space.

Level 1 unfolds in three parts, each offering a well-balanced mix of courses out of Movement, Anatomy and Touch. A complete basis introduction from the Rolfing perspective. 

When you finish all nine courses, you will be awarded a Certificate in Myofascial Foundation, opening the path to Level 2 of the Rolfing® Training.

The deadline to register is ruled by the course capacity. 
Please note that a minimum number of participants is required to confirm the start of Level 1 courses. 
And there is also a maximum capacity given by the location and space. 

The earlier you register, the better your chances of securing a place. If you wish to join after the course capacity is full, please contact us directly—sometimes we are able to confirm a spot from the waitlist.

Further Rolfing Training

Level 2 and Level 3 of the Rolfing Training will take place at Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® Europe in Munich.
We yearly offer a modular and intensive format!

Rolfing is officially recognized in Switzerland, and you have the option to register EMR.
